FILMING BEAU GESTE AT THE NOTHE FORT - 1982
Photographs from the BBC series "Beau Geste". This was a 1982 mini-series where three brothers from a well to do family decide to join the French Foreign Legion. Beau Geste ran for 8 episodes and featured Anthony Calf, John Forgeham, Jonathon Morris and Benedict Taylor. Scenes from the filming in the Nothe Fort were kindly supplied by Mr Webb was the set builder at the time.
